Lead creative person on several accounts including Manitowoc Cranes, Bridon and Ingersoll Rand Power Systems. Worked with account teams in developing and/or implementing new brand standards. Worked with account team and copywriters in ad concepting and brochure/literature design. Developed tradeshow display designs and managed production and installation. Worked with web development team on developing client promotions or product-specific microsites. Worked with account teams in developing new business presentations consisting of ad campaign proposals and support programs. 

Established creative department and creative production procedures for the Des Moines office, Helped facilitate growth of new Des Moines office from 2 to 22 employees. Responsible for concept and development of corporate identities, corporate brand and product advertising campaigns, packaging, trade show design, print collateral materials, web advertising, TV and Video.

Worked with account teams in developing RFP presentations consisting of ad campaign proposals and support programs. Provided leadership to and art directed a staff of 5 graphic designers and art directors. Monitored creative product for quality and timeliness. Developed relationships with area vendors including printers, paper suppliers, photographers and freelance designers. Helped develop and maintain infrastructure of Des Moines office by implementing and managing Mac computers, software, servers and printer/copier systems.

Clients included: Bayer Animal Health, Elanco Animal Health (a division of Eli Lilly), Mercy Medical Center, National Pork Producers Council, Principal Bank, Kemin Nutrisurance, VetLife, Kill Brothers Grain Carts, Lignotech, Ross Breeders, Aviagen, AgSpan, AgriLabs, and AgriAccess. 

Worked on and responsible for a variety of printed core and collateral advertising materials for a expanding (70+ store) national agricultural and consumer goods retail store chain. Supervised staff of 4 designers. Projects included product illustration, photo direction and full-color cover design for 215+ page annual catalog. Layout, design and product illustration for full color bi-weekly 16+ page sales circular, private label package design, outdoor, quarterly and annual reports, direct mail, newspaper advertisements and in-store signage.
