Worked with account teams in developing RFP presentations consisting of ad campaign proposals and support programs. Provided leadership to and art directed a staff of 5 graphic designers and art directors. Monitored creative product for quality and timeliness. Developed relationships with area vendors including printers, paper suppliers, photographers and freelance designers. Helped develop and maintain infrastructure of Des Moines office by implementing and managing Mac computers, software, servers and printer/copier systems.

Layout, design and product illustration for full color bi-weekly 16+ page sales circular, private label package design, outdoor, quarterly and annual reports, direct mail, newspaper advertisements and in-store signage.
